This Privacy Policy explains how Monarca Brand Enter Prides LLC («Company,» «we,» «us,» or «our») collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://cleaning.monarcabrandenterprises.com (the «Site»), request an estimate, call or text us, or otherwise use our services.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, by phone, by text message, by email, through online forms, through third-party lead platforms, and in person while providing services at your property. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

Our services are directed to residents of the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing or service address.
  • Project details: property type, square footage, scope of work requested, photos or documents you upload, preferred schedule, budget range.
  • Communications: the content of emails, contact forms, text messages, chat messages, voicemails, and recorded calls (where permitted and disclosed).
  • Reviews and testimonials: content you voluntarily submit, including your name and photos.
  • Payment-related information: billing name and address, and the last digits of a payment card. Full card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store complete card numbers on our systems.
  • Employment information: if you apply for a job, the information contained in your application or resume.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and approximate geographic location.
  • Browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen size.
  • Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, and exit pages.
  • Date and time stamps, and unique identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Lead generation platforms and directories (for example, home-services marketplaces, Google Business Profile, review sites) that forward your request to us.
  • Advertising and analytics providers that report on campaign performance and audience characteristics.
  • Business partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and referral sources.
  • Publicly available records such as county property data, where relevant to preparing an estimate.

3.4 Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under state privacy laws (such as Social Security number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health data, or biometric data), except where a Social Security number or equivalent is legally required for employment or tax purposes. When you provide your phone number and request contact — whether through a form on this Site, a phone call, or a third-party lead platform — you agree that Monarca Brand Enter Prides LLC and its authorized representatives may contact you at that number, including by automated technology, prerecorded voice, or SMS/MMS text message, regarding your inquiry, your estimate, and your project.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still request an estimate by calling us at (305) 906-0514 or emailing monarcaenterprises@gmail.com.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
  • Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training. Where required by state law, you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may object to recording.

6. Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)

Marketing emails identify us as the sender, include our physical mailing address, and contain a working unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or by writing to monarcaenterprises@gmail.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly. We may continue to send transactional messages related to an active or completed project even after you opt out of marketing.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and vendors acting on our behalf: website hosting, CRM and lead management, email and SMS platforms, scheduling and estimating software, call tracking and recording, payment processors, accounting, insurance, and IT support.
  • Subcontractors, crews, and suppliers to the extent needed to perform your project.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and similar platforms, which may receive online identifiers and browsing activity through cookies and pixels. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be considered a «sale» or «sharing» of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 10 for how to opt out.
  • Professional advisors including attorneys, auditors, and insurers.
  • Government authorities or third parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or the public.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We require service providers to use personal information only for the purposes we specify and to protect it appropriately.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, disclosed them to the categories of recipients listed in Section 7, and shared online identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising:

  • Customer records: service address, billing information, signature on contracts or work orders.
  • Commercial information: services requested or purchased, estimates, project history, payment history.
  • Internet or network activity: browsing and interaction with the Site and our ads.
  • Approximate geolocation derived from IP address or service address.
  • Audio, electronic, and visual information: recorded calls, photographs of the property or completed work.
  • Professional or employment information: for job applicants only.
  • Inferences drawn from the above, such as likely service interest.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required for tax, warranty, insurance, licensing, statute-of-limitations, and other legal obligations. As a general rule: inquiry and lead records are retained up to 3 years from the last interaction; customer contract, invoice, and warranty records are retained up to 7 years, or longer where a warranty period or applicable law requires it; job-site photographs may be retained indefinitely for portfolio use unless you ask us to remove them. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify the information.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 Rights Available in Certain States

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. States with comprehensive privacy laws currently include California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Delaware, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, among others; the exact rights and thresholds vary by state.

  • Right to know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to portability: receive a copy of your information in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Right to opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in such profiling.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by matching two or more data points you provide against our records. We respond within 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days where reasonably necessary, and will notify you if an extension is needed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still require you to verify your own identity directly.

10.3 Opting Out of Advertising Cookies

You may opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising by:

  • Using the cookie preferences link or banner available on this Site.
  • Enabling a browser-level opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor as a valid opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it.
  • Adjusting settings at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

10.4 California «Shine the Light»

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures. Requests may be sent to monarcaenterprises@gmail.com.

10.5 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit a request to monarcaenterprises@gmail.com.

11. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls limiting information to personnel who need it, password policies, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by your state’s breach notification law.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, maps, review platforms, social networks, financing partners, and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit «Do Not Track» signals. There is no industry standard for responding to them, and the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 10.3.

14. Job Applicants and Personnel

If you apply for employment, we collect and use your information to evaluate your candidacy, verify credentials, conduct background and license checks where permitted, and comply with employment law. Applicant information is retained as required by federal and state recordkeeping rules.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the «Last updated» date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
